For Artists

  • I am not a full-time or a mainstream artist. Can I try EmorArt? Absolutely! Please email us 8-10 samples of your work to support@emorart.com. We will get back to you.
  • Do you need exclusive rights of selling? No, you are free to sell your work to anyone you deem fit
  • What if my painting has been sold through some other channel? Please let us know immediately, we will remove the painting from inventory
  • What exactly do I need to do once I am onboard? Do the magic on canvas! Send us a few clear snaps to support@emorart.com
  • How do I register? Once your work is selected, we will assist you step by step on contractual documentation and terms of service.
  • Is there any joining fees? No. There is no joining fees to be associated with us
  • Do I need to pay any fees to maintain my profile page and gallery? No. There is no maintenance fees to be associated with us
  • Do I need to pay shipping fees? No, we will take care of that
  • Do I need to give a certificate of authenticity? Yes, for all original work. We will share the format with you.
  • When do I get paid? After quality check on our premises, your work will be sent to the customer’s premises. Once the customer approves the delivery, our payment will be released. We will initiate transfer within 3 working days. Depending on your bank’s payment systems (IMPS, NEFT etc), the transfer can be immediate or within 2-3 working days.

For Customers

  • Are the paintings framed or unframed? Mostly unframed, contact us at support@emorart.com if you need assistance on custom framing. Additional charges may apply depending on your order
  • How do I place an order? Please go through our Gallery, add the work you liked to cart and initiate payment though the secured payment gateway
  • Do I need to register to place an order? Yes, you need to register with an email ID, mobile number and address for delivery
  • How do I know my personal information is protected? Communication with our domain www.emorart.com is secured by an SSL certificate issued by SSL.com, an industry leading SSL certificate provider based in Houston, TX (the US).
  • How long does it take to deliver? 7-10 working days depending on the location of painting. We will keep you posted via phone calls and messaging. If you have added custom framing, the processing takes 14-17 working days. For any queries, please write to support@emorart.com
  • What are the modes of payment? Secured gateway for credit cards and net banking through PayUMoney
  • What is your return policy? In case of physical damage of products delivered, please intimate us over a call or write to us immediately at support@emorart.com.
